Responsibilities

  • Use AI tools to design onboarding programs that get new SDRs and AEs ramped up quickly
  • Create ongoing training for AEs, including spiffs, workshops, and coaching sessions
  • Keep our product and sales knowledge base fresh and easy to use
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to spot skill gaps and roll out impactful training

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles
  • Strong track record building onboarding or enablement programs for SaaS sales teams
  • Skilled at using AI to make training scalable and effective
  • Clear communicator, organized, and based in Barcelona (or ready to relocate)
