Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable cloud-native backend services and distributed systems.
- Lead the integration of AI and LLM capabilities into production workflows, including intelligent automation and microservice-based architectures.
- Architect modern cloud infrastructures and drive platform evolution across availability, efficiency, and security.
- Develop and implement automation workflows to increase engineering velocity and reduce operational overhead.
- Contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives, including IaC, CI/CD improvements, and GitOps adoption.
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and AI/data teams to deliver high-impact platform capabilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience (Python preferred).
- Proven experience architecting and operating production systems on AWS (EKS, Lambda, IAM, API Gateway, S3, Step Functions, Bedrock).
- Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS preferred), Docker, and microservice architecture.
- Experience working with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform ideal).
- GitOps experience with ArgoCD.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational data models (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Redis).
- Demonstrated experience designing or integrating AI/LLM-powered services, incl.: RAG pipelines, Model fine-tuning, Vector search / embeddings (OpenSearch preferred), LangGraph or LangChain frameworks
- Hands-on experience building automation solutions using Python or orchestration tools (n8n / Node-RED / AWS workflows).
- Proven ability to design highly available, distributed, secure, and cost-optimized systems.
