About the role

  • Payroll Specialist ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly payrolls for EMEA based clients. Engaging with payroll providers and clients to maintain compliance and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Communication between client and Payroll Providers regarding their payrolls
  • Check monthly payroll reports from Payroll Providers
  • Ensure all timelines are met
  • Regularly report back to the EMEA Payroll Supervisor
  • Recommend departmental specific procedures and implement those that are approved
  • Delivery of QA compliance and process

Requirements

  • Excellent time management, administration skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, email and internet
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
