- You are the primary point of contact for our customers and translate their requirements into clear technical concepts.

- You write precise user stories and ensure transparent backlog refinements.
- You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure transparent alignment on strategy, goals, and progress.
- You confidently present our products and strengthen shared leadership within the team.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification
- Fluent German
- Initial experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, or in project management
- Good technical understanding and initial knowledge of, or interest in, modern software development
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Redmine and basic knowledge of Scrum are an advantage
- Strong customer orientation, quick comprehension, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills, facilitation/moderation talent, empathy, and openness
