Responsibilities
- Be part of an agile team and clearly define technical requirements
- Act as the primary contact for customers and translate their requirements into technical concepts
- Prioritize requirements with the team and keep the backlog well maintained
- Further develop roadmap topics and advance the product vision
- Write user stories and ensure regular backlog refinement
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure transparent alignment

Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or an equivalent IT qualification
- Fluent German language skills
- Initial experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, or in project management
- Strong technical understanding and basic knowledge of, or interest in, modern software development
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Redmine
- Basic knowledge of Scrum is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation, quick comprehension, initiative, and solution-focused thinking
- Strong communication skills, facilitation talent, empathy, and openness
