About the role

  • Senior Account Executive driving sales in Japan for Cloudflare's network security solutions. Building relationships and achieving revenue targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute upon Sales strategy/plan for Japan
  • Drive sales in Japan to achieve revenue targets
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Cloudflare services
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Recruit, develop and work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • < 60% travel

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Fluent in Japanese
  • Minimum 8 years direct experience selling network security or SaaS
  • Direct experience selling to enterprise accounts acting as lead seller and relationship owner
  • Direct experience from established global technology vendors
  • Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
  • Basic understanding of computer networking and “how the internet works”
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills.
