About the role

  • Onboarding Program Manager leading development and optimization of onboarding programs at Cloudflare. Collaborating with teams to enhance new hire experiences and ensure compliance across global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of the global onboarding program
  • Own and orchestrate the global identity verification (IDV) and background check program for all new hires
  • Partner with Security, Legal, and IT teams to design and audit verification protocols
  • Collaborate with key partners including Recruiting, Places, L&D, HR, and IT
  • Ensure growing regions feel supported with personalized experiences
  • Manage and oversee onboarding technology platforms
  • Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process
  • Provide coaching and guidance to HR partners and hiring managers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, or talent management
  • At least 2 years in a program management or leadership role
  • Proven experience developing and managing scalable remote, in-person, and hybrid onboarding programs
  • Strong understanding of data privacy principles and experience with global identity verification (IDV)
  • High proficiency with HRIS systems, especially Workday
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management, high attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset
