About the role
- Onboarding Program Manager leading development and optimization of onboarding programs at Cloudflare. Collaborating with teams to enhance new hire experiences and ensure compliance across global operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of the global onboarding program
- Own and orchestrate the global identity verification (IDV) and background check program for all new hires
- Partner with Security, Legal, and IT teams to design and audit verification protocols
- Collaborate with key partners including Recruiting, Places, L&D, HR, and IT
- Ensure growing regions feel supported with personalized experiences
- Manage and oversee onboarding technology platforms
- Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process
- Provide coaching and guidance to HR partners and hiring managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, or talent management
- At least 2 years in a program management or leadership role
- Proven experience developing and managing scalable remote, in-person, and hybrid onboarding programs
- Strong understanding of data privacy principles and experience with global identity verification (IDV)
- High proficiency with HRIS systems, especially Workday
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong project management, high attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset
