About the role

  • Customer Solutions Engineer supporting enterprise customers by maximizing their value from Cloudflare services. Collaborating across teams and advising on technical best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout a customer’s lifecycle
  • Deliver timely and organized onboarding for customers
  • Ensure customers see the full value in Cloudflare's products
  • Advise on technical best practices
  • Build relationships and ensure customer retention
  • Provide customers with clear proactive technical guidance
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customer expansion

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of how the internet works
  • Demonstrated experience with coding language (JavaScript, Python, etc)
  • Technical curiosity and passion
  • Ability to proactively identify and solve problems
  • Ability to manage a project and prioritize demands
  • Great communication skills & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to read and write in an additional APAC language
