About the role

  • Associate Payroll Analyst supporting payroll operations across EMEA countries. Assisting with compliance checks and processing payroll accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Review vendor reports, payroll inputs, and employee data for accuracy.
  • Support monthly reconciliations, audits, and compliance checks.
  • Partner with HR, Accounting, and Benefits teams on payroll-related matters.
  • Respond to employee payroll questions with clear and timely communication.
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve payroll processes.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of payroll experience, preferably covering multiple EMEA countries.
  • Good understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a plus.
