Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or event operations role
  • Comfortable with (or eager to learn) Coupa (for finance), Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau, and Smartsheet
  • Master of organization and multitasking
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required
  • Additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-20% to support onsite execution
  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing preferred) or equivalent
