  • Filialleiter / Store Manager overseeing sales and customer service for CAMP DAVID and SOCCX brands. Involves team leadership, merchandise presentation, and operational management with a focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Customer-focused advising and selling of our top brands CAMP DAVID & SOCCX
  • Creative and sales-enhancing merchandise presentation
  • Cash handling and processing of customer complaints
  • Goods receipt and inspection
  • Warehouse management, stocktaking and returns management
  • Support with staff planning and scheduling, sales promotion, merchandising, and employee development
  • Ownership of reporting and analysis of sales figures

Requirements

  • You are a natural salesperson and have leadership qualities
  • You possess strong analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are characterized by an independent working style, initiative and flexibility
