About the role

  • Enterprise Sales Development Representative focusing on lead generation and qualification in a hybrid work model. Working in a Boston office while leveraging CRM tools to manage sales activities and build relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Process and qualify inbound leads to generate sales opportunities
  • Prospecting and finding new opportunities in Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts
  • Execute a minimum of 50+ outbound activities daily
  • Conduct thorough research to gather account intelligence
  • Partner closely with the Sales team for go-to-market strategies
  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a SDR role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers
  • Technological proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Exposure to technology sales or customer service through internships or work experience
