Responsibilities
- Manage daily marketplace operations (listings, pricing, shipping, inventory, and campaigns)
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and price competitiveness
- Develop and execute commercial plans and promotional activities (offers, shipping promotions, ads)
- Monitor KPIs and generate insights for growth
- Conduct market studies and competitive analysis
- Negotiate with marketplace partners to secure improved commercial terms
- Prepare management reports and present metrics to the executive team
- Collaborate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, customer service, and finance) to ensure smooth operations
- Manage relationships with Key Accounts (KAs) and pursue strategic opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing marketplace operations (Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of pricing, shipping, and commercial policies for digital channels
- Ability to analyze sales KPIs, margins, and price competitiveness
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data control, analysis, and commercial simulations
- Experience with marketplace advertising and sponsored campaigns (ads within marketplaces)
- Skill in conducting market research and competitive benchmarking
- Strong communication skills for negotiating with Key Accounts and channel managers
- Organized and detail-oriented for product listings and maintenance
- Proactive in identifying growth opportunities and continuous improvements
- Familiarity with integration tools/ERP systems for managing orders, inventory, and catalog
