About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (aligning with hiring managers, screening, and conducting interviews)
  • Support leaders in defining candidate profiles and hiring decisions
  • Oversee onboarding for new employees
  • Support culture and development initiatives
  • Organize and track internal training programs
  • Assist in tracking recruitment metrics
  • Act as a liaison between managers and employees on development matters
  • Help drive continuous improvement of HR processes

Requirements

  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection (R&S)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively with managers
  • Interest in people development
