About the role

  • Senior Analyst managing fixed and variable compensation strategies for a technology company. Collaborating on organizational design and compensation governance in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Act strategically in the management of fixed and variable compensation and organizational design.
  • Ensure external competitiveness, internal equity and financial sustainability.
  • Perform advanced analyses, policy governance and provide leadership support for decision-making.
  • Align compensation practices with the business strategy.
  • Conduct job analyses, evaluations and salary movements.
  • Maintain and evolve job and salary structures, pay tables and movement policies.
  • Conduct market studies, competitiveness analyses and internal equity assessments.
  • Manage merit cycles, promotions, salary adjustments and organizational reviews.
  • Serve as a technical reference for leaders and HR on compensation topics.
  • Design, review and manage variable compensation programs and short- and long-term incentive plans.
  • Support the calculation, governance and communication of incentive programs.

  • Solid experience in Fixed Compensation, Variable Compensation and Long-Term Incentives.
  • Salary structures and job architecture.
  • Salary surveys and market positioning.
  • Bonus modeling and KPIs.
  • Labor cost metrics.
  • Headcount and personnel budget and forecast.
  • Experience in Organizational Design.
  • Building/reviewing job structures.
  • Span of control analysis.
  • Evaluation of levels and seniority.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or analytical tools.
