Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support both marketing and sales objectives.
Project Management: Oversee multiple marketing projects from conception to execution, briefing and managing contractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals, providing necessary support and facilitating effective communication.
Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to the financial sector. This includes staying aware of marketing strategies being deployed by key competitors.
Digital Content Management: Assist in the creation and management of digital content across various platforms to engage with our target audience and promote our services.
Marketing Automation: Utilize tools and systems to automate marketing processes, enhance customer relationship management, and streamline sales pipelines. This is currently being done through Go High Level.
Department Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, particularly in planning and managing projects.
Experience in working with accounting or financial projects is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, with a knack for using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Good understanding (not necessarily proficient) in digital design, video editing and sales funnels.
An individual who communicates productively to other team members.
