Customer Success Manager helping clients achieve measurable outcomes leveraging Shook’s AI-powered creative intelligence and short-video production. Collaborating with performance marketing teams across Europe.
Responsibilities
Build strong and long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ performance goals, marketing strategies, and media ecosystems
Provide guidance on creative strategy, testing frameworks, and performance marketing best practices
Frequently meet your key customers across Europe in person
Analyze campaign and creative performance data to identify trends and actionable insights
Translate insights into clear recommendations to improve creative and media performance
Continuously improve results through structured testing, measurement, and iteration
Manage client onboarding and ensure successful implementation of Shook workflows
Coordinate across internal teams (creative operations, product, partnerships) to ensure smooth execution
Support planning and execution of creative production across channels and markets
Drive product adoption through regular client check-ins, workshops, and training sessions
Monitor platform usage and proactively address challenges
Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and support revenue growth
Gather client insights and communicate feedback to product and internal teams
Stay up-to-date on digital trends, emerging platforms, and innovations in performance marketing
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and/or Creative Strategy, ideally working with short-form video advertising
Strong understanding of advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic)
Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and optimization approaches
Hands-on familiarity with creative production, creative analysis, or content testing workflows
Data-savvy mindset and confidence working alongside analytics or technical teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain insights clearly to clients
Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities
Self-motivated and commercially minded, driven by measurable outcomes
Bonus points if you also have:
Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager or Strategic Account Manager
Familiarity with SaaS platforms or marketing technology products
Understanding of AI tools or creative automation platforms
Additional languages (especially German, Spanish or French)
