Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for prospects
  • Provide competent advice and support throughout the policy closing process
  • Combine modern sales processes with personalized customer care
  • Manage inquiries, deals and customer information using a CRM system
  • Continuously improve sales processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience advising customers on pet insurance products
  • Familiar with tools such as BSI, HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
  • Strong listening skills
  • Clear and articulate communication
  • Persuasive and confident presence
  • Reliable and empathetic
  • Team player
  • Affinity for animals
