About the role

  • Online Marketing Manager driving performance and efficiency for a digital pet insurance provider. Focusing on data-driven marketing campaigns and customer journey development in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns (Paid, Owned & Earned).
  • Development of cross-channel customer journeys.
  • Support in building a CRM system.
  • Enhancement of the tracking and analytics setup.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in data-driven online/performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce, FinTech, or InsurTech.
  • Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other tracking & analytics tools.
  • Experience developing high-performing multi-stage customer journeys.
  • Excellent written and spoken German.
