About the role

  • Associate Program Manager overseeing Demand Response initiatives and collaborating with teams in Maine. Managing resources and compliance for Efficiency Maine Program Manager's requests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all resources necessary to fulfill requests from the Efficiency Maine Program Manager.
  • Execute scope of work for compliance and client satisfaction
  • Identify and coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to increase enrollment and participation in the Demand Response initiatives.
  • Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program tasks.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years project management experience
  • 2+ years people management experience
  • Demand Response program execution experience
  • Self-starter with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Strong customer service experience and focus
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree and Master’s preferred
