Responsibilities

- Execute scope of work for compliance and client satisfaction
- Identify and coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance) to increase enrollment and participation in the Demand Response initiatives.
- Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program tasks.
Requirements
- 3-5 years project management experience
- 2+ years people management experience
- Demand Response program execution experience
- Self-starter with a positive and outgoing personality
- Strong customer service experience and focus
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree and Master’s preferred
