About the role

  • Virtual Assistant managing operations and creative support for Clark Outsourcing. Handling quotes, data management, and creative tasks for the team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of quotes and purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy across systems
  • Maintain and update website product data for accuracy and a seamless user experience
  • Create basic design mockups and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator or AI tools
  • Conduct client research to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with suppliers and follow up to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements

  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Tech-savvy with experience in data management tools, CMS platforms, and design software
  • Ability to work quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results efficiently
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates and flag issues proactively.
