Responsibilities
Responsible for developing brand strategies, developing long-term brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using various data to drive volume and profitability.
Lead brand commercialization from inception to in-market execution and activation, including positioning, packaging, media, creative development, and agency management
Identify market opportunities, research, and analyze consumer behavior, relevant industry trends, market needs, and new and unique opportunities for business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional team on pricing, forecast, go-to-market strategies, and supply chain
Partner with the sales team to grow relationships and collaboratively develop programs that drive sales and cohesive messaging
Oversee the creation of promotional materials and content
Manage digital marketing initiatives (social media, email, SEO)
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
Plan and execute events, trade shows, or webinars
Support product launches and promotions
Develop goals and measure ROI against key marketing programs and campaigns
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
3+ years of applicable CPG experience (or comparable experience)
Basic understanding of regulated industries
Ability to move between strategic thinking and tactical execution
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication skills
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns, as well as Google Analytics, CRM
