About the role

  • Marketing Manager providing strategic direction and execution for H&C Animal Health brands. Balances brand-building and performance marketing to drive results in long-term growth and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing brand strategies, developing long-term brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using various data to drive volume and profitability.
  • Lead brand commercialization from inception to in-market execution and activation, including positioning, packaging, media, creative development, and agency management
  • Identify market opportunities, research, and analyze consumer behavior, relevant industry trends, market needs, and new and unique opportunities for business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team on pricing, forecast, go-to-market strategies, and supply chain
  • Partner with the sales team to grow relationships and collaboratively develop programs that drive sales and cohesive messaging
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials and content
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives (social media, email, SEO)
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, or webinars
  • Support product launches and promotions
  • Develop goals and measure ROI against key marketing programs and campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of applicable CPG experience (or comparable experience)
  • Basic understanding of regulated industries
  • Ability to move between strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit with strong communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns, as well as Google Analytics, CRM
