About the role

  • Change Manager guiding transformation of sauce manufacturing processes in Project Venice. Driving engagement and embedding change across all workstreams for Premier Foods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the change management strategy for Project Venice
  • Drive adoption of new ways of working across all workstreams
  • Engage with senior leaders to secure commitment and champion change
  • Identify and manage change impacts, including processes, roles, and systems
  • Develop and oversee communications and training plans to support adoption
  • Monitor progress, report on change adoption, and escalate risks or resistance
  • Support governance and ensure change management is embedded across the programme

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives from an operational or manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Experience working across multiple workstreams and complex operational environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
  • Ability to drive adoption, overcome resistance, and embed sustainable change
  • Analytical and structured approach to planning and reporting
