Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the change management strategy for Project Venice
Drive adoption of new ways of working across all workstreams
Engage with senior leaders to secure commitment and champion change
Identify and manage change impacts, including processes, roles, and systems
Develop and oversee communications and training plans to support adoption
Monitor progress, report on change adoption, and escalate risks or resistance
Support governance and ensure change management is embedded across the programme
Requirements
Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives from an operational or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Experience working across multiple workstreams and complex operational environments
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
Ability to drive adoption, overcome resistance, and embed sustainable change
Analytical and structured approach to planning and reporting
