About the role

  • Manager des Ventes pour dispositifs médicaux implantables. Piloter stratégie commerciale et développer une équipe performante en France.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial strategy and develop a high-performing team
  • Deploy the regional commercial strategy to achieve targets
  • Analyze commercial performance and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Marketing on strategic initiatives and field campaigns
  • Develop relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and key decision-makers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial management within the implantable medical devices sector
  • Natural leadership with the ability to unite and engage a team
  • Excellent command of commercial performance indicators and management tools (CRM)
  • Ability to operate in a complex and competitive environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent English
