  • Facility Manager overseeing technical maintenance and safety at TSG Hoffenheim. Working within sustainability, innovation, and technology for sports team operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and safety of technical building systems and equipment
  • Coordinate, instruct, and perform quality control of contractors and maintenance service providers
  • Carry out various skilled trade and hands-on tasks as part of building maintenance and facility outfitting
  • Document the current condition of buildings and technical systems, including performing all required tasks

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a skilled trade or technical profession
  • Professional experience in property/facility management and technical trades is desirable
  • Motivated, flexible, organized, and confident appearance
  • Ability to work independently and strong commitment
  • Reliability and sense of responsibility
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Business-fluent German (spoken and written)
  • Driver’s license class B (class BE is an advantage)
