- Active involvement in Steering Committee meetings, including preparation of pack reporting, governance updates, and change reporting.
- Exposure to executive stakeholders and strategic program discussions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience as a PMO Analyst in an IT or transformation environment
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting, RAID, and change management
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience producing weekly and monthly reports, including financial and progress report reconciliations
- Time-sheet reconciliation experience and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with PMO tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and reporting tools
- Formal PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMO/PMBoK, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
