About the role

  • Marketing Manager leading content strategy and digital campaigns for Civalgo, a tech startup. Responsible for optimizing performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Produce impactful content for our digital channels (articles, videos, campaigns).
  • Lead and improve digital initiatives, including SEO.
  • Use modern tools to track, evaluate, and optimize marketing results and lead generation (Search Console, Google Analytics).
  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with Civalgo’s growth objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Tech/IT teams and external freelancers to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing activities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS or digital marketing with proven results.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools and a CRM (HubSpot).
  • Ability to produce engaging content tailored to different audiences.
  • Curious, autonomous, and collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). French is a significant asset.
