About the role
- Salesforce Non Profit support consultant handling IT and processes for various organizations. Collaborative role requiring support and configuration adjustments, with hybrid work options.
Responsibilities
- Als Salesforce Non Profit support consultant werk je voor verschillende organisaties.
- Je weet IT, gebruikers en processen dichter bij elkaar te brengen.
- Dit doe je twee dagen per week in projecten en veelal op locatie bij onze klanten.
- De overige dagen bied je ad-hoc ondersteuning, adviseer jij bij vraagstukken en voer je kleine systeem gedreven wijzigingen in configuraties door.
- Tijdens deze werkzaamheden werk je of op ons kantoor in Zaandijk of vanuit huis.
Requirements
- Je hebt kennis van én ervaring in de Goede Doelen sector, bijvoorbeeld als database specialist, fondsenwerver of binnen het collecte domein.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt eigenaarschap voor te realiseren resultaat en bent, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, communicatief vaardig.
- Minimaal HBO+ werk- en denkniveau.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk).
- Ervaring met Salesforce en bereid om de benodigde certificeringen te behalen.
