About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner managing recruitment cycles from intake to offer. Building authentic connections with stakeholders and driving innovative talent strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from intake to offer.
  • Develop sourcing approaches tailored to each position using online platforms, talent pools, referrals and market analysis.
  • Screen, assess and identify top candidates using structured methods.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and internal partners.
  • Prepare and present job offers in accordance with HR policies and compensation guidelines.
  • Maintain proactive and respectful communication throughout the process.
  • Act as a trusted partner to managers by understanding team needs, role requirements and the business context.
  • Provide advice on market trends, recruitment challenges and best practices.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints to align timelines, clarify priorities and prevent delays.
  • Promote company values, culture and the employer value proposition at every stage of the candidate journey.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of talent pools for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Monitor labor market trends, industry movements and sourcing innovations.
  • Use digital tools, Boolean searches and proactive approaches to strengthen talent attraction.
  • Maintain data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, collective agreements (where applicable) and local laws.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to analytics, reporting and workforce planning activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 5 years of corporate recruitment experience.
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting, specialized hiring or fast-paced environments is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with rigor and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to source proactively and creatively.
  • High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to evolving needs.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is an asset.
  • Bilingual French/English required.
