Produce, edit, and publish digital and social content while managing artist relations and content organization. Support cross-team distribution and ensure quality through stakeholder approvals.
Responsibilities
Manage monthly updates to the database of over 1,200 artists.
Manage communications and engagement with artists.
Track, tag, and organize filmed content according to folder structures.
Coordinate, shoot, and edit content from production shoots.
Create, edit, and publish content on social and digital platforms.
Curate content and distribute it across the organization.
Develop creative briefs for in-house video editors.
Manage the approval process with stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
Comfortable communicating, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and building strong working relationships.
Ability to stay current with trends and best practices for social media content.
Asset: experience with one or more of the following tools: Canva, Monday.com, Sprout Social, JIRA, Asana, CapCut, Creator IQ, Slate.
