About the role

  • Mid-level Financial Planning Analyst focused on preparing and monitoring the annual budget, forecasts and cash flow. Works cross-functionally to deliver accurate financial analyses and executive reporting to support the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the company’s annual budget by consolidating information, building projections and scenarios, ensuring data reliability and alignment with the strategic plan.
  • Monitor budget execution by analyzing variances between planned and actual results, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Conduct periodic forecast reviews, updating assumptions and projections to support decision-making.
  • Track projected and actual cash flow, ensuring liquidity control and anticipating capital needs.
  • Analyze working capital variations and financial indicators, identifying impacts and improvement opportunities.
  • Support debt management (bank and intercompany loans), controlling maturities, costs and debt profile.
  • Develop executive presentations and materials for senior leadership with clear, consistent analyses.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure consolidation of financial information.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous deliverables (budget, forecast, cash flow and KPIs), focusing on quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Experience in related areas (Financial Planning, Controllership, FP&A or Finance).
  • Knowledge of Corporate Finance.
  • Advanced Excel and advanced Power BI skills.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Experience with cash flow (direct and indirect) and financial analysis.
  • Analytical profile, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Experience in medium or large companies.
  • Experience acting as a business partner to administrative areas.
  • Proven experience in FP&A or analytical finance roles.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Experience managing debt.
