  • Customer Service Contact Centre Representative for CIBC handling client banking inquiries. Engage clients, resolve issues, and match them with suitable banking products.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for clients with questions or requests
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues quickly
  • Identify opportunities to match clients with right products
  • Engage in meaningful client-focused interactions
  • Connect clients to the right CIBC contacts

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Ability to work independently as an Agent @ Home
  • Wired Internet connection with specified minimum speeds
  • Strong knowledge of CIBC systems and products
