Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in janitorial or facility services.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct thorough inspections and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with basic computer applications including MS Office.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules as needed.
