About the role

  • Technical Client Consultant providing technical consultation on Moneris complex integration projects. Responsible for supporting integration teams and collaborating on deployment and issue resolution in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and programming (client-side web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTTP protocols) consultation to systems integrators, third-party developers and internal Moneris teams
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) in Moneris solutions for integrators from development to post-production for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams on integration projects to ensure support and delivery, this includes supporting internal teams with technical advisory on Moneris Gateway Solutions
  • Manage Escalations by contacting merchants and identifying critical areas and engaging several teams to facilitate issue resolution. Integration activities managing through to deployment independently or in-collaboration with senior resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT client consulting role, can read code and communicate with external stakeholders
  • 1 year of programming experience is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Java, .net or PHP, and restful API (Json) is a big PLUS
  • Strong documentation and client management skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must be fluent in French and English
