About the role
- Technical Client Consultant providing technical consultation on Moneris complex integration projects. Responsible for supporting integration teams and collaborating on deployment and issue resolution in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and programming (client-side web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTTP protocols) consultation to systems integrators, third-party developers and internal Moneris teams
- Be the subject matter expert (SME) in Moneris solutions for integrators from development to post-production for multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams on integration projects to ensure support and delivery, this includes supporting internal teams with technical advisory on Moneris Gateway Solutions
- Manage Escalations by contacting merchants and identifying critical areas and engaging several teams to facilitate issue resolution. Integration activities managing through to deployment independently or in-collaboration with senior resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in IT client consulting role, can read code and communicate with external stakeholders
- 1 year of programming experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of Java, .net or PHP, and restful API (Json) is a big PLUS
- Strong documentation and client management skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must be fluent in French and English
