About the role

  • Client Solutions Specialist within CIBC's Business Banking team ensuring seamless cash management services and client transitions. Engaging and supporting clients through project implementations and maintaining operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform after sales service support to Business Banking customers
  • Coordinate new and existing client transitions and implementations
  • Provide clients with required documentation and agreements
  • Ensure timely delivery of cash management solutions
  • Update knowledge of internal and external developments

Requirements

  • Developed knowledge of CIBC cash management products and services offerings
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn proprietary software applications supporting cash management sales process
  • Engage with clients to find the right solutions
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience in managing project transitions
  • Understanding of client servicing in banking
