Perform after sales service support to Business Banking customers

Developed knowledge of CIBC cash management products and services offerings
Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to quickly learn proprietary software applications supporting cash management sales process
Engage with clients to find the right solutions
Strong relationship-building skills
Experience in managing project transitions
