About the role

  • RESL Support Lead managing client sales and support processes at CIBC. Supporting Mortgage Advisors and ensuring an effective client experience via coordination of lending processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end RESL application process
  • Support a dedicated Mortgage Advisor portfolio in a fast-paced environment
  • Act as a single point of contact for clients and partners
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against milestones

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience in Mortgage Advisor business management
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate lending policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively
