Responsibilities
Act strategically in Recruitment & Selection of technology professionals, managing complex and high-volume processes with exposure to demands across multiple countries.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions at various levels of seniority.
Support business growth needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment.
Define attraction strategies with internal and external clients, ensuring cultural fit and alignment with company values.
Manage the vacancy pipeline: screening, interviews, technical alignment, and candidate follow-up through to hiring.
Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and structured feedback.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize requests and maintain ongoing alignment.
Monitor recruitment performance metrics and KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes for technology professionals.
Experience with high-complexity and high-volume hiring.
Ability to build direct relationships with clients, conducting intake meetings and aligning candidate profiles.
Excellent communication, flexibility, and multitasking skills.
Experience tracking recruitment metrics and indicators.
Advanced spoken English.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
