Responsibilities

- With the Tech Lead as support, you will be responsible for understanding and refining requirements, planning deliveries, tracking the team's progress, removing impediments, and communicating activity status;
- You will also support solution discussions (internal conflicts, product questions, communication issues) with the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project management roles;
- Experience structuring and developing a cross-functional development team;
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.;
- Strong knowledge of task management tools;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Enthusiastic and open to using Generative AI in day-to-day work, encouraging the team to adopt it for continuous improvement;
- Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders and work partners;
- Experience in risk management;
- Experience managing scope and roadmaps, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
