About the role

  • Administrator in Service Uhrmacherei handling guarantee and repair requests for CHRIST. Responsible for customer communication and managing repair case data in service software.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving and processing warranty and repair cases (visual and quality inspection)
  • Telephone communication/liaison with customers
  • Preparing and following up on cost estimates/quotations
  • Entering and managing warranty and repair cases in the CHRIST repair service software
  • Final inspection of warranty and repair cases

Requirements

  • Preferably a watchmaker or similar background
  • Enjoy working with customers and IT systems
  • Independent and meticulous working style
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach in customer conversations
  • Team player with a high willingness to learn
