About the role

  • Customer Support Representative resolving issues for Chowdeck's customers and vendors via multiple channels. Ensuring a positive and seamless experience with Chowdeck deliveries, including order management and support.

Responsibilities

  • Help Chowdeck customers and riders resolve issues via chat, mobile calls, email, and social media
  • Manage customer orders, including modifications, cancellations, and refunds
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution of requests
  • Stay updated with app features, policies, and processes
  • Contribute to a knowledge base
  • Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions
  • Provide internal updates on insights from engagements
  • Escalate order issues and liaise with partners to resolve
