About the role

  • Outreach Analyst generating new business opportunities for the Digital Strategy team in Mexico City. Engaging with potential clients through various channels to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Schedule meetings for Digital Strategists with potential clients
  • Maintain and update prospecting lists segmented by industry
  • Attend networking events to create new business opportunities
  • Obtain recommendations and referrals from existing clients and contacts

Requirements

  • Natural curiosity and a genuine desire to help others
  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach to outbound calling and opportunity hunting
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to align our services to potential clients' needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Experience selling solutions or services using the SPIN methodology
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, including SEO and PPC
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish
