About the role

  • PPC Paid Media Specialist managing omnichannel media campaigns in a digital marketing agency with operations across Latin America. Focused on Google, Meta, TikTok, and Retail Media for measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize omnichannel paid media campaigns.
  • Proficient in major media channels — including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Retail Media.
  • Responsible for the full campaign cycle: client onboarding, media planning, execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure clear ROI and ROAS results.
  • Use the SENTR CRM to track tasks, timelines, A/B tests, and client communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing paid media campaigns (preferably at a digital agency).
  • Proven track record of campaigns with measurable results (ROI/ROAS).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic advertising is a plus.
  • Experience across the entire campaign cycle — from onboarding to final reporting.
  • Ability to set up, analyze, and apply learnings from A/B tests.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with CRMs (SENTR, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Fluency in Spanish and additional fluency in English or Portuguese (required).
