About the role

  • Marketing Manager leading innovative digital marketing strategies and paid social campaigns for a healthcare firm. Collaborating with teams and managing campaigns to improve brand presence and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Refine, plan and manage our group-wide (employer) branding strategy and progressively document it in a CI (corporate identity) manual
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives (print, digital, SEA/SEO, social media), including defining the marketing team's service portfolio
  • Work closely with the Recruiting Shared Service on employer branding, recruitment campaigns and social media recruiting
  • Set up a data-driven marketing, campaign management and controlling approach with a focus on performance marketing
  • Analyze market trends, target groups and competitors
  • Manage external agencies and marketing service providers
  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership, support and development for the marketing team

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing with a strong digital focus and experience in performance marketing
  • Practical experience managing social media campaigns targeting customers and candidates
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
  • Solid knowledge of people management and working with external agencies and service providers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong negotiation abilities
  • Analytical thinking and approach
  • Creativity, flexibility, determination, a hands-on mentality and strong team skills
