Responsibilities
Refine, plan and manage our group-wide (employer) branding strategy and progressively document it in a CI (corporate identity) manual
Develop and implement marketing initiatives (print, digital, SEA/SEO, social media), including defining the marketing team's service portfolio
Work closely with the Recruiting Shared Service on employer branding, recruitment campaigns and social media recruiting
Set up a data-driven marketing, campaign management and controlling approach with a focus on performance marketing
Analyze market trends, target groups and competitors
Manage external agencies and marketing service providers
Provide professional and disciplinary leadership, support and development for the marketing team
Requirements
University degree in marketing or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in marketing with a strong digital focus and experience in performance marketing
Practical experience managing social media campaigns targeting customers and candidates
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
Solid knowledge of people management and working with external agencies and service providers
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong negotiation abilities
Analytical thinking and approach
