About the role

  • Account Manager connecting Samsung US with CRM operations. Managing communication and project timelines for successful campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Samsung US, ensuring clear communication between the client and internal teams.
  • Support the service manager in briefing processes by creating and monitoring timelines and maintaining the status of projects and deliverables.
  • Oversee deliverables to ensure they meet deadlines and align with client expectations.
  • Participate in client meetings as a CRM consultant.
  • Facilitate discussions on CRM strategy and campaign requirements to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Campaign is a strong advantage.
  • Experience using Jira, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Google Drive.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
