Requirements
- IT/SaaS 제품 관련 역할(PM/CX/Localization/Analyst 등) 2년 이상
- 엔지니어팀과 협업 경험 보유
- 기획과 개발 매커니즘에 대한 이해가 있는 분
- 꼼꼼한 일정·품질 관리 능력 및 디테일 체크에 대한 역량
- 일본 문화·사용자 정서에 대한 깊은 이해
- 능통한 비즈니스 수준 일본어 & 한국어 커뮤니케이션 가능 필수
- 논리적 문서 작성(예:PRD, 리서치 문서) 및 프로세스 개선 경험
- 갈등이나 문제 등을 원활한 커뮤니케이션으로 해결할 수 있는 분
