Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership: Serve as the executive sponsor and commercial owner for the Stablecoins & Payment Networks domain, directly accountable for growth, deal progression, and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
Market Expansion: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for institutional adoption of Chainlink’s infrastructure across stablecoins, tokenized deposits, CBDCs, and next-generation payment networks.
Relationship Development: Establish and deepen strategic partnerships across top-tier banks, FMIs, and payment providers.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive coordination across product, BD, marketing, and engineering to deliver tailored solutions for highly regulated financial markets.
Thought Leadership: Represent Chainlink Labs at high-profile industry events and in conversations with regulators, policymakers, and financial executives.
Product Influence: Align client and market feedback with product direction to shape the evolution of Chainlink’s infrastructure in digital payments and stablecoin ecosystems.
Requirements
Minimum of 15+ years in payments, banking, or technology sales into financial services, with deep relationships and influence across C-suite stakeholders.
Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar, large-scale institutional deals through influence and executive-level relationships.
Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes across the full value chain of stablecoins and digital payments — from issuers to platforms, liquidity, and distribution partners.
Deep expertise in one or more of the following: stablecoins, tokenized deposits and/or CBDCs
