About the role
- Raw Material and Supplier Quality Analyst handling raw materials and supplier quality at McCormick. Communicating effectively and ensuring compliance with various guidelines in Lodz, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Communicates effectively by e-mail, phone and in person with internal stakeholders, external vendors of raw materials and other departments daily regarding various aspects of raw materials, supplier quality, and co-manufacturers.
- Collection, processing of raw material and supplier related data in associated systems, e.g., SAP, DevEX, Intelex, to ensure continuous production and that business needs are met.
- Monitor mailbox and platforms, identify requested documentation or data, complete requests according to agreed SLAs.
- Work cross-functionally with TSS departments, internal stakeholders, suppliers to obtain required information for technical documentation creation, third-party audits, raw material compliance queries, supplier quality and co-manufacturers.
- Support small size projects and lead activities related to data collection.
Requirements
- Experience in Food Industry or similar area
- Fluent English is a must
- Good analytical skills
- Organized, methodical, detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, with high sense of urgency
