About the role

  • Auxiliar de Operações responsible for assisting clients with digital certificate issuance through videoconferences. Join a tech company enhancing business growth and connections.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct videoconference appointments to issue digital certificates;
  • Strictly follow the current customer service script during videoconferences to verify the identity of digital certificate holders;
  • Use required platforms and systems to validate holders' data during and after videoconferences to ensure the issuance of digital certificates;
  • Review documentation for requests validated by the partner network.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools;
  • Must reside in Jequié, BA (Brazil);
  • *Preferred:* experience as a Registration Agent or other role in a digital certification company.
