Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews and logistics across the candidate experience
Support 3 recruiters and their hiring pipelines, helping keep interviews, communication, and next steps moving efficiently
Schedule video and onsite interviews quickly and accurately
Create a thoughtful, high-touch experience for every candidate
Communicate professionally and handle sensitive information with care
Open and manage job requisitions and candidate records in Greenhouse
Keep our careers site up to date
Help support recruiting events such as tech talks, college career fairs, and academic lab info sessions
Pitch in on additional recruiting and People Team projects as needed
Requirements
1-2 years of experience supporting recruiting, HR, or coordination work
Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
Interested in improving processes and making things work better over time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Care about delivering a great experience to candidates
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse a plus)
