Responsibilities

  • Conduct selling activities related to inbound calls
  • Convert Medicare eligible callers to patients
  • Anticipate member needs and questions
  • Provide guidance and stellar customer service
  • Document and modify contact notes across multiple CRM systems
  • Make decisions regarding own work methods
  • Ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained

Requirements

  • Demonstrates strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to connect meaningfully with customers
  • Simplify complexity and integrate internal efforts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Telephonic sales experience preferred
  • Understanding of value-based primary care and/or Medicare Advantage preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
